Abstract
PT. Pembangkit Jawa Bali (PJB) is a company engaged in the business of providing electricity services. PT PJB always pays attention to the inventory of materials or material procurement so that it is optimally controlled in order to support generation and maintenance activities so that they are maintained and do not cause disruptions in operational activities. The purpose of this study is to obtain the value of the magnitude of ROP-EOQ Multi-Item from materials at PT PJB UBJOM Rembang for 1 year, namely from June 2021 to May 2022 in order to estimate material needs so that they do not run out of stock and help companies purchase materials economically. Therefore, by classifying and setting or the Multi-Item ROP-EOQ method on the stock of material items can provide great benefits to inventory management at PT PJB and can make a positive contribution to plant maintenance activities. The results of the study found that the company's TIC value was IDR 5,995,875.00, while the TIC value using the Multi-item EOQ method was worth IDR 5,224,794.13, so that the savings using the Multi-Item EOQ method were 13% with an average frequency of purchases using the Multi-Item EOQ method worth 6.6 times.
