Abstract

Ordering activity is very important in the business sector, especially in the clothing sector. At Khurin Fashion, ordering activities during the pandemic were still carried out traditionally or offline. This resulted in a decrease in income at Khurin Fashion due to the difficulty in placing orders during the pandemic. The purpose of this research is to develop an ordering information system that can assist Khurin Fashion in making transactions with customers and providing more modern and efficient storage media. The method used in this study uses the waterfall model with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, which goes through several stages, research, design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance stages. The research was tested using the Black-box test and the System Usability Scale (SUS) test. The result of this research is a series of information about the website that can help increase revenue and promote Khurin Fashion's business in the future. Black box test results show system features and functions are working as they should, while the SUS test results reach an average value of 80. This indicates that the ordering information system is feasible and acceptable to Khurin Fashion customers because it has a usability acceptable value.
