Abstract

PT. Tirta Investama Klaten is a company that produces Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) with four production areas, namely one Home Office Delivery (HOD) and three Small Production Size (SPS) areas. The aim of the study was to evaluate through gap analysis in the SPS 3 production area which produces 600 ml and 1500 ml sizes, then design product standard SOPs to support Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The method used is gap analysis, one of which is through the checklist stage of questions based on the Quality Management System - Requirements (ISO 9001: 2015). This study resulted in a gap analysis evaluation in Clause 8 of Operations which was the lowest among the other clauses, namely 95%, which means that the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 have been met but the implementation of the procedure description has not been consistent. Then propose improvements by designing product standard SOPs based on the Quality Management System - Guidelines for Quality Plans (ISO 10005: 2018) which have several benefits including increased confidence, innovation, and improvement.
