Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Mangement, Employee Engagement and Compensation on Employee Retention. This research is included into quantitative research. And this explanatory research used 200 samples of MSME employees throughout Greater Solo. The data used is primary data where the data is obtained from the answers of respondents through the questionnaire that has been given. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and is processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that 1. Talent Mangement has a significant effect on Employee Retention, 2. Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Retention, 3. Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Retention.
