As for data collection using conservation techniques, interviews and documentation. This research also has three components used, namely choosing the main things, thing that are considered important, and summarizing the appropriate patterns and themes from the data obtained in the field. Then the data obtained is taken, described and a conclusion is drawn that participatory culture is very potential with followers participating in the creation of information. For this reason, a process of selecting and sorting out which information is appropriate for reposting is needed. Throught these electronic channels, new media become more convenient to interact with each other. Thus it can be said that society has a big role in the creation of citizen journalism. Based on the results and discussion above, first, when posting content, the @repostwonogiri admin does not have specific criteria for providing captions. Second, in reposting photos the @repostwonogiri admin also edits photos before reposting. Third, the content contained in the @repostwonogiri account does not have a specific target, is accessible to all people and uses cloud language. Fourth, the citizen journalism movement forms interactions between admins and followers, resulting in an exchange of information and events.
