Abstract

Warehouse activities go through the process pf shipping, receiving goods, storing good, maintaining goods from recording inventory to distributing goods. Some manual work in the warehouse such as lifting activities or moving goods too often can cause musculoskeletal disorder and analyze ergonomic risks in loft-transport worked at UD Gudang Bawang Agung Rejeki. The research methods used are Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan Manual Handling Assessment Chart (MAC) Tool. The result of the NBM questionnaire with 8 workers showed the part of the body that felt back and waist pain. Based on the final results of the MAC Tool shows the 2 workers with the highest factor in action class 3 where the action needs to be performed. The improvements made in the form proposed improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the implementation of ergonomic work posture, providing several additional tools such as tool in the form of trolleys, air management tools in the form of fans, and lighting tools in the form of lights, stretching muscles regularly to reduce boredom while preventing and reducing the potential injuries.
