Abstract

Competition in today's industrial world is very competitive, so companies are required to make improvements in all areas in order to remain market players in the long term and with highly competitive products. Performance measurement at the company was carried out at the Primary Cooperative Kartika Merak 02 Ponorogo. This study aims to measure the performance of the Primary Cooperative Kartika Merak 02 Ponorogo based on the Balanced Scorecard concept and make suggestions for improvements that need to be used to improve performance in the company. The method used is the Balanced Scorecard. The results of the performance measurement research on the Primary Cooperative Kartika Merak 02 Ponorogo are in good condition. This can be seen in the three perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard which has shown that it has been fulfilled and is in good condition, but from the perspective of the customer (members) it needs improvement.
