Abstract
Human resources are part of the company and act as a driving force for the company in achieving its goals and vision and mission within the company. Job satisfaction is an important factor in improving the quality of employees as human resources, high job satisfaction creates a feeling of comfort and the quality of relationships within the company which can increase employee productivity and performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational culture with employee job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method with the criteria of a sample of employees/sales workers who are actively working at PT. Astra Credit Companies Kebon Jeruk branch. The number of samples used is 60 subjects which are the entire population. The research instrument uses a scale of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction in the form of a questionnaire and is distributed directly. The analysis technique of this research uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the major hypothesis test of the research that has been carried out in the form of obtained F count data of 66,578 and a significance of 0.000 with an effective contribution of 70% it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Astra Credit Companies. The results support the first minor hypothesis that the variable ransformational leadership style (X1) has a partial relationship with job satisfaction with r = 0.1295, significance 0.012 (p <0.05) indicating that transformational leadership style has a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction. shows that the higher the transformational leadership style, the job satisfaction will increase. While the second minor hypothesis that organizational culture variable (X2) has a partially positive relationship with job satisfaction. This is indicated by r = 0.5705, a significance value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05) indicating that organizational culture has a positive relationship with job satisfaction, which means that the higher the organizational culture, the job satisfaction will increase.
