Abstract
This research is motivated by the reality that many students have difficulty memorizing the qur'an so that it has an impact on memorizing target marketing. On the one hand, the achievement of students' memorization targets is also greatly influenced by how the management of tahfidz al-qur'an is implemented. The management stages carried out must include management, organizing, directing and also supervision. The process of managing the tahfidz of the qur'an in order to achieve the target of memorization certainly has inhibiting factors as well as supporting factors. This study aims: (1) To describe the management of the al-qur'an tahfidz program in achieving student targets at MTs Nadhlotul Muslimat (NDM) Surakarta. (2) To identify the inhibiting factors and supporting factors found in the field related to the management program that has been implemented at MTs Nadhlotul Muslimat (NDM) Surakarta. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data reduction and verification or draws conclusions and presents data. The results of this study are (1) Management of the al-qur'an tahfidz program in achieving memorization targets at MTs Nadhlotul Muslimat Surakarta includes planning such as target therapy, time, place of implementation and preparing methods that must be carried out before and after memorizing deposits. Furthermore, there is organization by forming a division of responsibility consisting of the main person in charge, class and group, then forming a student memorization storage group. Briefing is also carried out by reminding the person in charge and providing motivation to the students. Supervision is carried out by holding attendance for mustami'ah and students and making student memorization achievement report sheets. (2) The inhibiting factors for the management of the tahfidz program lacking the Qur'an include the number of mustami'ahs, changing the plans that have been made, mustami'ahs having other activities, the intelligence and memory of each student is different, the existence of Islamic boarding schools and general makes students tired, lack of motivation to memorize in students and busy environmental conditions make it difficult to focus. While the supporting factors are the support and motivation between the people in charge and also the motivation obtained by the students and the atmosphere of the pesantren environment.
