Abstract
The world is currently entering the era of globalization where technology is currently developing very rapidly, one of which is the development of information system technology. Utilizing advances in information technology in the field of education, it is hoped that all matters such as academic and administrative matters to be easier to use. Currently, Tajem State Elementary School of Yogyakarta is still using the manual method of inputting data into a Microsoft Excel document, but there are risks such as data that can be piled up irregularly and even be lost. Based on the problems described above, an information system is needed that can manage personal data and student scores safely, accurately, and reliably, by implementing a web-based report card value management information system. It is intended that staff and teachers at SD Negeri Tajem Yogyakarta can easily manage and access personal data and grades from students without having to be fixated by device, location and time, and the risk of data damage and loss can be minimized. This system is built using the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter 4 framework and Bootstrap 3. The tests carried out in this study used Black-Box Testing and Usability Testing. The results that obtained from the Black-Box Testing show that the system is able to work properly as expected, while the System Usability Scale test produces a score of 73.75 which the results can be included that the system is acceptable.
