Abstract
Bilal's photocopy shop is a combination of a basic food shop and a photocopying service located in Doplang Hamlet, Genuksuran Village, Purwodadi District, Grobogan Regency. Bilal shop provides photocopying and groceries services and so on. Sales transactions, purchases and data collection of goods in stores still use the manual method, namely using paper. Manual recording that is written by hand has a higher risk of human error such as data collection errors, errors in buying and selling activities so that the use of time and energy becomes ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, a sales information system was created so that store management becomes computerized to facilitate recording activities, managing goods and sales transactions. Making the system using the Waterfall model SDLC method, built with the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter Framework, database management with MySQL, and display design using the Bootstrap Framework. System testing uses Black Box Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) to test the functionality and feasibility of using the system. The Black Box test obtained results according to the specified test scenario while the System Usability Scale (SUS) test received responses from 10 respondents and obtained SUS results with a final score of 53.65. The results of SUS are classified into the ranking of OK predicate adjectives, which means the system is quite feasible to use. It can be concluded that the system created is influential in managing data warehouses such as more structured data collection so that the utilization of time and energy is more effective and efficient.
