Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a lot of river and every river having the quality of water as degrees of acidity , water temperature , and solid liquid that different. The rivers are always checked for water quality every three months by Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS). This water quality inspection is carried out using a boat by taking samples from each river and then checking the water quality at the office. This method is not very accurate and efficient so an idea emerged to overcome this problem by making a tool consisting of various sensors that can monitor river water quality directly so that it is accurate and efficient. The sensors used in this tool are PH sensor, TDS sensor, and temperature sensor. This tool use a push button to save the result of sensor and will be displayed on the LCD. So, after pressing the push button, the LCD will display the results of the work of the temperature sensor, TDS sensor, PH sensor, and GPS sampling point.
