They cover eight facilities at the Muhammadiyah University Of Surakarta. The method is stratified random sampling, We Collect data for the Adaptability Scale and the culture shock Scale with the Likert scale model. The results is then validated using the Pearson correlation with the help of the SPPS program, which obtained a value of (r) = -.501 with a Sig value of 0.000 (P <0.05) and an effective contribution of 25.1%. Therefore, the hypothesis was true, there is a significant negative relationship between adaptability and culture shock among migrant student from outside Java.
