Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial literacy and financial inclusion on financial behavior partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative research with a correlational design. The study population came from students from NTT who studied at the Surakarta regional tertiary institution, totaling 43 students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, which used the entire research population, totaling 43 students, to be used as the research sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with a Likert scale as a reference for determining the intervals in the measuring instrument. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, which processed and analyzed the data using SPSS version 25. The results showed that: (1) Financial literacy has a partially significant effect on financial behavior, with an influence level value of 4,.8 %. (2) Financial inclusion has a partially insignificant effect on financial behavior, with an influence level of 9,5%. (3) Financial literacy and financial inclusion have a simultaneous influence on financial behavior, with a simultaneous influence rate of 20,1%.
