Abstract

Forum Anak Surakarta is a children's organization under the Office for Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Empowerment. Forum Anak Surakarta has various activities but focuses on children's activities that have an impact on a wide audience. Of course, every organization has its own organizational communication pattern with the aim that an organization can live, circulate information smoothly so that it can realize the vision and mission of the organization. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with reference to the pattern of organizational communication proposed by Joseph A. Davito. This study uses a purposive sampling technique in determining the sample, then the sample that has been determined will be collected by in-depth interview technique. Data that has been obtained from informants will be analyzed using interactive data analysis techniques Milles and Huberman and will be tested for validity using data source triangulation. The results of this study are the communication patterns used by Forum Anak Surakarta in groups and organizations so as to foster member loyalty so that the organization can continue to grow.
