Abstract

Covid-19 in Indonesia has resulted in a change in attitudes in public places such as social distancing and physical distancing and changed people to use online shopping activities more. This study intends to analyze what criteria can affect in carrying out shopping activities during a pandemic. The method used is an Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Microsoft Excel. The calculation results of the largest main criteria are convenience with a value of 0.43 or 43%, the largest sub-criterion of convenience is easily accessible by 0.51% or 51%, the sub-criteria of trust is Customer Service of 0.47 or 47%, finally the quality sub-criteria is Built Quality of 0.50 or 50%. The alternative chosen in shopping activities on Covid-19 is online with a value of 96.6%.
