Abstract

Land disputes often occur among the community, therefore the National Land Agency is tasked with and authorized to issue or issue a certificate of title to land whose land specifications are in accordance with Article 3 issued by the Regency/City National Land Agency because the Regency/City National Land Agency The city has the authority to issue or issue a certificate of title to land in order to reduce the occurrence of legally flawed land certificates. in the event of a legal defect certificate, the National Land Agency is also authorized to revoke and cancel the land certificate. Land certificate. according to Ministerial Regulation No. 11 of 2016, and to understand and analyze the form of BPN's authority in settlement land dispute. The regulation of BPN's authority in handling land disputes is regulated in the Regulation of the Head of BPN Number 4 of 2006 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Regional Office of the National Land Agency and the Land Office. As for the technical implementation of this authority, it is regulated in Regulation of the Head of BPN RI Number 3 of 2011 concerning Management of the Study and Handling of Land Cases and has now been replaced by Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2016.
