Abstract

Currently there are many social crimes against orphans. Such as being bullied, rebuked and even sold. So that there are still many orphans who do not get attention in the form of affection, education and protection. The purpose of this study is to find out the contents of the interpretation, the differences and similarities in the contents of the interpretations of al-Munir and al-Misbah in sura ad-Dhuha 6-9 which discuss orphans. This research uses a type of library research and uses a descriptive-analytic-comparative methodology. Similarities Both use the tahlili method, a method of interpretation that explains all aspects of the verses in the Qur'an. In interpreting verses or groups of verses, Wahbah az-Zuhaili and Quraish Shihab pay attention to the sentences of the verses by following the rules of language. the difference In applying the bial-ma'tsur interpretation, Wahbah az-Zuhaili is more concerned with brevity, so that only the most accurate narrations are used as references in this context. The similarity lies in the conclusion of the interpretation, namely the rights and position of orphans who must be protected as Allah protected the Prophet Muhammad. When orphaned. the difference between Quraish Shihab and Wahbah az-Zuhaili lies in the method of interpretation. Wahbah az-Zuhaili interprets the verses comprehensively by using a language style that is easy to digest and understand. Quraish Shihab interprets the verse and gives an explanation, and gives a long description of the quotations or sources of opinion of other commentators.
