Abstract
This study aims to analyze the work environment and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Madurasa Unggulan Nusantara Wonogiri. This research is a type of quantitative research, the sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires to PT Madurasa Unggulan Nusantara employees who have met the requirements and the number of respondents as samples in this study were 50 people. Source of data used in this research is primary data. The measurement scale used in this study is 5 Likert scale. Data analysis used SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
