Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of price, service quality and product availability on the satisfaction of purchasing Pertalite fuel at Bakalan gas stations, Polokarto. This type of research is quantitative research.The data used in this study is primary data where the data is obtained from the answers of respondents through the questionnaire that has been given. In this study, a sample of 100 respondents was used which was then processed with the SPSS 20 computer program.Analysis testing in this study used the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the effect of price, (2) service quality and (3) product availability has a positive and significant effect on purchase satisfaction.
