Abstract

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many sectors have been affected, one of them being the economic sector. One of the parties that can help the country's economic stability growth and overcome these problems is the banking industry. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. which is an Indonesia-owned bank, seeks to encourage marketing personnel to actively take advantage of the opportunity to gain trust in customers by providing counseling carried out in an activity called Shifting Productivity. The Shifting Productivity program is a sustainable program that is carried out in solving problems that occur in marketing personnel who experience a decrease in productivity. The decline in performance will certainly also affect the growth of the company. The obstacles experienced by marketing personnel in achieving sales targets are due to unstable economic conditions after the COVID-19 pandemic, uncooperative customers, signals or networks that are difficult to access, many new programs developed that make marketers unable to prioritize targets, and restrictions on work areas. The support needed by marketing personnel is moral and motivational support from superiors and the work environment, adequate facilities, increase rewards or rewards, and review of the program or product to be offered. The obstacles experienced by marketing personnel, are not only factors from within themselves but also factors from the company and from the environment that can influence them. Companies certainly need to get input like this so that they can improve performance and the products to be run. Each product needs to be adjusted to the needs of the current economy, not only making new products every time but also needs to review and develop existing products so that they can work optimally.
