Abstract

NIM. Royal Sentul Park Of LRT City is a TOD (Transit Oriented Development) area with an area of 14.8 hectares with a compact city development approach by adapting mixed-use and maximizing the use of mass transportation and equipped with a pedestrian or bicycle network. For this reason, the Royal Sentul Park Of LRT City was established which is at the Sentul Circuit Km Exit Toll Road. 33 Jl. Sentul Raya, Babakan Madang, Kab. Bogor. Royal Sentul Park is a residential area with complete facilities throughout the area to support a better quality of life. The Royal Sentul Park Of LRT City has 8 floors and is built on an area of 7387.2 m2 with a building width of 97.2 m and a building length of 76 m. So that service and comfort facilities can be maintained properly, this Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) plan aims to design electrical installations in apartments which include installation, knowing the needs of fire fighting water (hydrants) in apartments, and the results of planning a plumbing system. The installation planning starts from the calculation of the light points, the need for sockets for each room, the need for clean water, and the need for fire-fighting water (hydrants). Draw Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) using Autodesk Revit software, and calculations using Microsoft Excel. Analysis of the calculation of the electrical installation produces a maximum total current of 3.826,22 A, using ACB phase 3 with a capacity of 3.900 A and 20 x 1 x 300mm2 NYY conductor cables. Water and fire extinguishing capacity 1124m3, groundwater tank 100m long, 40m wide, and 4m high.
