Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand trust and brand confidence on brand loyalty in local beauty products. The population of this research is the people of Surakarta and the sample in this research is 200 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and processed using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that brand trust and brand confidence have a significant effect on brand loyalty in local beauty products.
