Abstract

The circulation of narcotics today is progressing very rapidly. Supported by a variety of existing technologies, circulation is occuring not only among high ranking officials but to villager also kids. With the large circulation of narcotics commensurate with the increasing number of addict and victims of narcotics abuse. Rehabilitation efforts were also taken as a recovery from the dependence on the use of these addictive substance. Both from positive criminal law and Islamic criminal law, both of them consider rehabilitation as something that should be taken for the sake of recovery both from the side of addicts and victims of abuse as well from the side of their families and closest people
