Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction at UD Makmur Jaya. The population and sample of this study were customers who had made purchases at UD Makmur Jaya, in this study the number of respondents obtained was 80 respondents. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method uses the SPSS 2.30 application. The results of the study show that Service Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction partially through the t test have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while product quality has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at UD Makmur Jaya. The results of the t test (significant) for the Product Quality variable obtained a t count = 1.167, Service Quality (X2) obtained a t count value of 4.089 and the Price variable (X3) obtained a t count value of 5.056 so that it can be said that X2 and X3 have a t value count is greater than t table, t table obtains a value of 1.992 so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that the influence of Service Quality and Price affects Customer Satisfaction at UD Makmur Jaya, while X1 has t count smaller than t table, t table obtains a value of 1.992 , so that H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, which means product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction at UD Makmur Jaya.
