Abstract

The− irrigation system in Indonesia still relies on human resources in its operation, what if the conventional irrigation system is changed by giving birth to a new system, namely an automation system to ease the work of farmers and indirectly enter a new chapter in the world of agriculture. The purpose of this research is to ease the work of farmers by providing high mobility tools by relying on the NRF24L01 radio module as a medium of communication over the air by relying on radio signals between two devices, namely transmitters and receivers, which are far adrift by distance, this tool will communicate in one direction simultaneously. continuously on a certain frequency and unique address. By stretching the distance between the transmitter and receiver devices to a distance of 100m, it can be observed how effective the time and ability in transmitting between the two devices, this test was carried out in an environment with many obstacles and minimal obstacles. The result is very unexpected that occurs in a minimal obstacle environment capable of at a distance of 100m , in contrast to many obstacles optimal distance about 70m. It is very clear that this device functions optimally when on a large field such as a rice field.
