Abstract
Monitoring the patient's condition is one of the responsibilities of medical officers. Until now, most monitoring of patient conditions is still done manually and takes quite a long time. This is due to the limited number of medical personnel, the distance between the rooms and the medical personnel rooms, and time so that the condition monitoring process cannot run optimally. In addition, most of the caregivers or the patient's family outside the hospital or clinic area do not know exactly the patient's condition. This study aims to produce a tool that can make it easier to monitor the condition of the infusion and body temperature of inpatients so that the care services provided are more effective. This tool can calculate the patient's infusion capacity using the loadcell sensor, calculate the infusion droplet speed with the photodiode sensor, detect body temperature with the GY-906 MLX90614 sensor. For the interface, use the Blynk IoT application. After testing, the tool works well with an average error on the photodiode sensor of 1.18%, the loadcell sensor is 1.36%, and the GY-906 MLX90614 temperature sensor is 0.23%. With this tool medical staff can monitor the patient's condition in real time as well as caregivers or families outside the hospital or clinic area.
