Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transaction security, service quality, risk perception, trust in online purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data. Primary data was obtained directly to the respondents by providing a questionnaire via google form and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of the study (1) the quality of transactions has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) the perception of risk has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (4) trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
