Abstract

Education has an important role in shaping a person's skills and abilities to enter the world of work. Higher education as a place to receive education does not only provide students in the form of theory, but also in the form of skills in practice. The internship practice that we do is the Ministry of Education and Culture's MBKM program, namely Independent Entrepreneurs. The purpose of this practice is to know directly the management of the production process, the marketing system that is run by apprentice partners, and to add experience and insight to students in the world of professional work. The results obtained from the internship practice starting with workshop activities are increasing basic knowledge of entrepreneurship, further increasing student entrepreneurship competencies and gaining experience in the world of work. Through this program, students will be invited to get to know more about the world of entrepreneurship and learn the various skills needed to start and run a business. This program aims to help students develop their entrepreneurial interests and talents, as well as provide the support and resources needed to start a business. By participating in this program, students will have the opportunity to train and apply the entrepreneurial knowledge and skills they acquire, so they can prepare themselves to start a business and become successful entrepreneurs in the future.
