Abstract

Researchers take research related to trademark disputes experienced by MS Glow and PS Glow, researchers are interested in taking this theme to find out the protection and settlement of trademark disputes in terms of law in Indonesia, this study aims to determine the protection and resolution of disputes over brands in terms of law in Indonesia and seeing the violation of trademark rights experienced by MS Glow and PS Glow, the researcher formulates how legal protection is for trademark rights holders in Indonesia and how to resolve disputes between MS GLOW and PS GLOW in terms of law in Indonesia, this research is examined with a research method with a normative research type with a juridical approach which uses secondary data types consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, the data is collected by the method of literature and analyzed by descriptive analysis, this study has MS Glow results on ka this sus was proven guilty of violating trademark rights by PS Glow, MS Glow deliberately imitated or compared the brand a lot, packaging from PS Glow which gave the impression that there was a similarity in shape, method of placement, method of writing or a combination of elements of similarity in sound from the brand, the results of this research, MS Glow were proven guilty and were given compensation in cash and immediately.
