Abstract

Changes in this very dynamic era, vocational learning should provide competent knowledge and skills to students to adapt in the business world of the industry. The importance of learning mathematics that combines science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM). Then a teaching device is needed in the form of a STEAM-based mathematics teaching module with the PjBL model (Project Based Learning) for teachers' guidance in learning mathematics. Teachers still have difficulty compiling math teaching modules according to the independent-based curriculumproject which can link and develop the competency skills of TKJ SMK students. The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of a mathematics teaching module based on STEAM PjBL. This type of research is development research with the ADDIE model with a research sample of class XI TKJ (Computer Network Engineering). The research uses validation sheet instruments from academics and expert practitioners to test validity, user questionnaires to determine eligibility, and questionspretest andposttest to determine the effectiveness of teaching modules using testspaired samples t test. The results of this study were that the assessment of the validation test of material experts, linguists, and graphic experts obtained an average percentage score of 87.9% (very valid). Limited trial results with a user response of 92.6% (very feasible). The class trial results obtained sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 <0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is a difference in the average valuepretest andposttest it can be concluded that the use of STEAM PjBL-based quantite material teaching modules is effective in increasing the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class XI TKJ SMK Assalaam Sukoharjo
