Abstract
This research was made to know the struggles that Richard made in educating and training his two daughters to be successful in the tennis world and finding out the form of education and training that Richard Williams gave to his two daughters. This study used qualitative research methods. The qualitative research method itself is a method that seeks to understand and interpret the meaning of an event of human behavior interaction in certain situations according to the researcher's point of view. The theory used by researchers to support this research data is the psychological analysis of Alfred Alder's individual. Primary Data Sources The main data source in this study is the film King Richard 2021 directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green and produced by Warner Bros Pictures which was released on November 19, 2021, in theaters. The secondary data sources of this study were obtained from other sources related to the research conducted by the author. Sources of data are taken from websites, journals, and previous research to support this research. The results of the research show that Richard's struggle to educate and train his two daughters to become world tennis athletes is by making brochures and proposals to find funding, Richard works hard and learns all things related to tennis to accompany his two daughters to practice, and also Richard tries to find a coach to improve the ability of her two daughters to compete in the championship.
