Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of soft skills and career decisions on job readiness in management students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhhamdiyah Surakarta batch 2018. The population in this study were management students of FEB UMS 2018 with a total sample of 85 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research. The technique of collecting data is by distributing online questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and is assisted by the Smart PLS 3.0 software application. The results showed that soft skills had a significant positive effect on job readiness. And career decisions have a significant positive effect on job readiness.
