Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in financial performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia before and after the merger through three financial ratios, namely the Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio), Solvency Ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio), Profitability Ratio (Return On Assets). This research is a quantitative study using three Islamic banks as samples. The analysis in this study used the Shapiro-Wilk test for normality and the Paired Sample t Test. The results of this study indicate that Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) performance is better after the merger, but it still needs to be optimized again in its asset turnover to increase revenue.
