Abstract
After the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies have returned to increase their sales and productivity products, including the nick bakery company. Nick bakery is a company that produces ready-to-eat bread such as white bread, brownies and others. Nick bakery is one of the companies that experienced a decline in sales and production due to the covid-19 pandemic, for that post-covid-19 the company needs to develop so that it can compete with its competitors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Nick Bakery's business after the Covid-19 pandemic, create alternative strategies for the development of Nick Bakery's business and provide strategic proposals for Nick Bakery's business development in accordance with the order of priority after the pandemic. The method of this research is to use benchmarking, SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The priority strategy based on the research results is that nick bakery companies must often introduce the products they produce as ready-to-eat products (27%), the company must be able to maintain its strength in terms of cleanliness of the production process, by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene (24%), Companies must be able to provide attractive promos or discounts (15%).
