Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty in online food delivery services with e-satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study is people who have used online food delivery services with a sample of 200 respondents. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data needed is in the form of primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires online. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The data testing technique used in this study includes an outer model consisting of convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and multicollinearity tests. As well as the inner model which consists of coefficient determination, goodness of fit, effect size test (f²), and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality has a positive effect on e-satisfaction, e-satisfaction has a positive effect on e-loyalty, and e-service quality has no significant effect on e-loyalty.
