Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of the tutoring program and determine the effectiveness of the tutoring program on the learning outcomes of students who have numerical learning difficulties in the numerical number material. This research was conducted at SDN Jetis 02. This study used the pre-experimentation method with one group pretest posttest design. The sample of this study was grade 3 students. Data collection with test techniques in the form of pretest and posttest as well as observation. The results showed that 1) The tutoring program is carried out once a week on Thursdays with teachers teaching class teachers. 2) pretest min value 30, max value 100, and mean 57.33.. While in the posttest test, the min value is 40, the max value is 100, and the mean value is 69.33. Meanwhile, with the right-party one tail t-test hypothesis , it is known that the signification value is 0.000. With the formula sig ≤ 0.05.. Then there is an influence of variable X on variable Y. So that Ha is influential or accepted. From this study, it can be concluded that the tutoring program is effective in improving the learning outcomes of grade III students with numerical learning difficulties in the operation of whole numbers.
