Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of environmentally friendly human resource management on performance with environmentally friendly behavior as a mediating variable. The research method used is a quantitative method which reveals research results with data in the form of numbers. The data collection method in this study uses primary sources that are collecting through questionnaires or questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of SMP Negeri 1 Pamotan with a total sample of 51 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses PLS analysis techniques using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, this research can be concluded that: there is an influence between environmentally friendly human resource management on performance. Also, environmentally friendly behavior is able to mediate the effect of environmentally friendly human resource management on performance. It is hoped that the next research can conduct research on different objects, for example in the private sector and BUMN to generalize research results.
