Abstract
The emotional development of late adolescents has entered maturity where adolescents are able to provide stable emotional reactions. The emotional level is a condition where a person is able to control his emotions. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and self-control with the late adolescent aggressiveness of members of the Setia Hati Terate Persaudaaraan. The research hypotheses are (1) There is a negative relationship between emotional maturity and self-control with the late adolescent aggressiveness of the members of the Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood (2) There is a relationship between emotional maturity and the late adolescent aggressiveness of the Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood members. (3) There is a relationship between self-control and the aggressiveness of late adolescent members of the Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood. The research method uses quantitative methods with aggressiveness as the dependent variable, the independent variables are Emotional Maturity and Self-Control. The research population of Late Adolescent Members of the Setia Hati Terate Persaudaaran Sragen branch with a sample of 100 respondents was determined by purposive quota sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of emotional maturity and self-control with late adolescent aggressiveness of members of the Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood F= 91,324 and the value of Sig. p = 0.000 (p < 0.01) meaning that there is a very significant relationship between emotional maturity and self-control with aggressiveness, Emotional Maturity and Aggressiveness =-0.564 with Sig. (1-tailed) p = 0.000 (p<0.01) meaning that there is a negative relationship which is very significant between emotional maturity and self-control with aggressiveness, Self-Control with Aggressiveness = -0.807 with Sig.(1-tailed) p= 0.000 (p < 0.01) meaning that there is a very significant negative relationship between self-control and aggressiveness. Good emotional maturity and self-control that affect the decline in aggressiveness in late adolescence.
