Abstract
Cashew with the Latin name Anacardium Occidentale L is one of the plantation commodities with economic value. One way to use cashews to become cashews is through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The Maharani Cashew MSME is one of the many cashew nut processing MSMEs located in Pule Village, Jatisrono District, Wonogiri Regency, which is the largest cashew industry center in Wonogiri Regency. Therefore it is necessary to do a feasibility analysis. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the business is feasible and can increase the chances of MSME getting success by analyzing qualitative methods (legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, and technical and technological aspects) and quantitative methods analyzing financial aspects with three assessment criteria PP, NPV, and IRR. This research resulted in several influential aspects including legal aspects influencing legal requirements and legitimacy regarding the legality of a business, market and marketing aspects affecting the marketing of cashew nut products, technical and technological aspects affecting the capacity and quality of cashew nut products, and aspects financial which covers assessment Payback Period (PP) with return capital in year to 3 months 2, Net Present Value (NPV) with value Rp. 20,920,460.00 %>0 said decent, and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) generated 22% %>discount factors (20%) said decent. The results of this study indicate that Maharani Cashew SMEs are feasible to continue and develop which are assessed in terms of legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, and technical and technological aspects, and financial aspects.
