Abstract
Interpersonal communication has an important role in building a harmonious interpersonal relationship in the family, when the couple's communication has good quality it can prevent the possibility of conflict between couples, so that couples can enjoy their togetherness more. This study aims to describe how interpersonal communication of early marriage couples by looking at self-disclosure between husbands and wives of early marriage couples. This study uses the theory of self-disclosure with four concentric circles proposed by Adler and Rodman and uses qualitative methods and the object of this research is early marriage couples in Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. Data collection techniques used in this study using in-depth interviews. Researchers took a sample of 3 informant couples of early marriage. The results of this study indicate that each informant has a different depth of self-disclosure based on four concentric circles of self-disclosure, namely Clichés, Facts, Opinions, and Feelings. Two of the three couples conducted self-disclosure through four concentric circle stages with obstacles in it.
