Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, and reward on employee performance with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable at PT. X. This research is expected to be a guideline that can be used by various companies in determining the influence of employee performance and to increase employee morale. This type of research is quantitative research with the basis of positiveism philosophy. The results of this study indicate 1) competence is proven to have an effect on morale, 2) work motivation is not proven to have an effect on morale, 3) rewards are not proven to have an effect on morale, 4) competence is not proven to have an influence on employee performance, 5) work motivation is proven to have an influence on employee performance, 6) reward is proven to have an influence on employee performance, 7) Work enthusiasm is not proven to have an effect on employee performance, 8) morale cannot mediate competence on employee performance, 9) morale cannot mediate Work motivation on employee performance, 10) morale cannot mediate reward on employee performance.
