Abstract

The influence of the industrial area in the Mojosongo District is growing with the number of developments in the area due to socio-economic activities. The influence arising from the existence of the industry by the community is due to the existence of the industry in Mojosongo District. This study aims to 1. Assess the impact of the existence of the industry on the socio-economic conditions of the surrounding community 2. Assess the effect of land use change in Mojosongo District, Boyolali Regency on increasing the economic activity of the surrounding community. The method used in this research is a survey method with structured interviews using questionnaires that are analyzed descriptively quantitatively to obtain data, which will get answers from the community regarding the impacts caused and the influence of the industry on land change will have a positive or negative impact. For analysis in this study using ecological analysis that is analyzing the diversity that exists in an area to the environment around it. Research in the field will obtain results from the impact of industrial areas on society with social and economic impacts. And to find out the effect of industrial presence on land change in Mojosongo District. The results of the above study obtained the general characteristics of the surrounding community to find out the age of the respondents who worked in the industry the most with a percentage of 61.7%, the sex of working in the female industry was around 58.3%, the addresses of the respondents who mostly worked in the industry were one village is around 16.7%, marital status is around 53.3%, many people are unmarried and the level of education that most people work in the industry are high school/high school graduates, around and the second result is to know the impact and influence of the industry on the socio-economic conditions of the community, can find out the social impact of social impact affecting job vacancies, community social activities, environmental pollution, income of industrial presence and economic impact affecting the type of work of the population, and people's income, for the third result the influence of land change affects lifestyle, economic factors, land productivity, selling value, and business opportunities.
