Abstract
This research was conducted in Bekasi Regency, precisely in South Tambun District. This study used a survey method in the form of interviews used for data validation, the sampling method used was purposive sampling. Analysis of land use change data was investigated using spatial data analysis in the GIS (Geographic Information System) application by overlaying or overlaying, namely in South Tambun District in 2013 and 2020. The purpose of this study was to analyze land use changes that occurred in South Tambun District. Selatan since 2013 and 2020 and analyzed the impacts that occurred as a result of changes in land use in South Tambun District in 2013 and 2020. These impacts were analyzed using a qualitative analysis method by conducting interviews with village officials, entrepreneurs and residents. The results of this study are that South Tambun District has the largest significant land use change occurring in Lambangjaya Village with an area of 89.73 Ha or 44.41%, Sumberjaya Village with an area of 55.67 Ha or 27.55%, and Jatimulya Village with an area of 16. 26 Ha or 8.05%. Subsequent results from this study according to interview results showed that there was an impact due to changes in land use in South Tambun District, namely on the aspects of infrastructure and accessibility by 27.3%, the population's need for land and land conditions by 18.2%, then the availability of land by 9.1%.
