Abstract

Employees play an important role in various sectors of the company. Starting from the fields of production, marketing, corporate financial arrangements, and others. The role of employees in the large production sector makes PT. Delta Merlin Dunia Tekstil always improves work experience and skills and provides training to its employees so that employee performance and productivity always increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of experience, skills and training individually or collectively on employee performance and to determine the most dominant factors affecting employee performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were 300 employees of PT. Delta Merlin Dunia Tekstil, while the research sample was 75 employees with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression method. Based on the research results it is known that work experience, skills and job training have a positive effect both individually and collectively on the performance of employees of PT. Delta Merlin Textile World. The work experience is the most dominant factor affecting the performance of employees of PT. Delta Merlin Textile World.
