Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between effective leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. The subjects of this study were 81 employees of PT. Charisma Rattan Mandiri Sukoharjo. The sampling method used in this research is proposive sampling. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with measuring tools in the form of a scale of effective leadership style and work motivation with employee performance. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. By using the SPSS program version 25 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained a sig (p) value of 0.889 (p>0.05) meaning that there is no influence between leadership style on employee performance. While the effect of motivation on employee performance with a sig (p) value of 0.000 (p <0.05) means that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance.
