Abstract
During this pandemic, the general public still lacks knowledge about how to prevent and prevent the risk of contracting the Covid-19 virus, such as by maintaining immune health and food health. By maintaining a balance between physical activity and a healthy diet, you can reduce the risk of contracting the disease. This game explains how we consume calories and increase calories from every daily activity we do, such as exercising, running, and eating healthy, low-calorie foods, on such a basis. Making games that have the concept of a healthy lifestyle is done using the Construct 2 application and using the GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle) method. This application has been tested using the blackbox testing method, where this application runs as desired. This application also performs system testing and user testing. In testing 20 respondents, ordinary people on the calculation of calories in a healthy diet and lifestyle, an average value of 82.25 was obtained using the system usability scale, so it can be interpreted that this application can be accepted and used to calculate calories.
