Abstract

This research aim to determine and analyze the magnitude of influence national soybean price, national soybean consumption, imported soybean price, and rupiah exchange rate to dollar USA to Indonesian soybean import. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of time series during 20 years with a range of observation starting from 1997 until to 2017. The analysis method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The data from eachs variable used in this research were obtained from The Central Statistic Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, and Food and Agriculture Organization. The result of the F test analysis in this research indicate that the variables of national soybean price, national soybean consumption, imported soybean price, and rupiah exchange rate to dollar USA by simultaneous (together) have influence to Indonesian soybean import. The result of the t test analysis in this research indicate that the variables of national soybean consumption, imported soybean price, and rupiah exchange rate to dollar USA positive influential to Indonesian soybean import. Whereas, the variable of national soybean price negative influential to Indonesian soybean import.
