Abstract

The income target was not achieved according to the establishment of the business and when Covid-19 income decreased, and the director corrupted the company's money. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of finding out whether Warunk upnormal's business is feasible or not, as well as finding solutions to improve company performance from market, technical, management and financial aspects. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis of market, technical, management aspects, while for finance it uses the payback period (PBP) calculation with a result of 4 years and 5 months, net present value (NPV) with a positive result of IDR 269.91 million, internal rate of return (IRR) with a discount factor of 10% yields an IRR of 11.44%, a profitability index (PI) with a result of 1.04, and a break event point (BEP) with a result of 1.31 M. The results show that Warunk Up Businesses are Normal in Bandar Lampung City it is feasible to continue based on an analysis of technical, management and financial aspects while from a market aspect it is not feasible..
