Abstract

The 21st century is an increasingly advanced human civilization, both in thought and behavior. The more rapid this civilization appears, the millennial generation who are born as reformers, the development of this generation does not escape the increasingly maj technology. The development of information technology is what makes it vulnerable for the younger generation to express their thoughts. This democratic process must be properly accommodated. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study research design. This process can be done in the school environment through the scout movement. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Observation data collection instruments and interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that 1) The implementation of the niali of democracy in scout members has been implemented. 2) in the pressing there are still obstacles that affect it, namely from the disi itself and from the outside. 3) in overcoming this obstacle, it has been pursued by familiarizing scout members to conduct deliberations in each problem solving and using the Problem Soulving method.
